The yoga training was just as I had expected. I had a beautiful room with a sea view. The yoga room was so beautifully furnished and also had a sea view, which really helped me to relax. The food was cooked by Juliana's mum and another cook Susi was always there. There was freshly cooked and balanced food three times a day. The yoga teacher Nelson is such a great person and I learnt so much from him. The excursions were also great and allowed us to get to know the island better. The many animals on the island make your heart beat faster. I really enjoyed the yoga training and would do it again. Thank you for This Time
