You don’t need to be a devout Christian to know that Jesus was a profound individual. All religions that I’m aware of have the utmost respect for Jesus (or Yeshua) because he was a universal figure, a teacher to all.
Jesus was an enlightened individual who nurtured the deepest, most pure unconditional love, even for those who crucified him. In my eyes, there was no better teacher of love than Jesus, and that pure love for all became his legacy.
This divine expression of love is often called Christ consciousness, and it’s the highest vibration of energy that can be experienced. Some people speak about it as a mystical state, but at its core, it’s the purest expression of the soul.
Everything in creation is an expression of the divine. Within that infinite spectrum of awareness, Christ consciousness stands out as a state of being deeply connected to Source. It’s the same frequency Jesus Christ lived and taught, but it isn’t limited to any religion.
So, that’s what I want to talk about in this article.
In this article, we’ll explore what Christ consciousness is, how it relates to the idea of the Christ consciousness vibration, and why this awareness is accessible to anyone committed to living from the heart.
What is Christ Consciousness?
Christ consciousness is often described as a powerful, universal force of unconditional love and compassion that flows through every aspect of the being who experiences it.
You can think of it as an elevated state of spiritual awareness, similar in many ways to enlightenment, but with its own unique frequency, sometimes called the Christ consciousness vibration.
It’s important to note that Christ consciousness is not literally the consciousness of Jesus Christ. Rather, it’s a state of being he embodied through advanced soul evolution, deep spiritual discipline, and unwavering devotion to god.
While Jesus demonstrated this awareness in its purest form, it isn’t exclusive to him. Anyone, regardless of faith, belief system, or background, can access this expression of divine love.
What Does Christ Consciousness Feel Like?
I can really only speak from a conceptual idea, as of course, I’m not enlightened and I’ve never experienced this divine state of consciousness.
With that said…
To imagine Christ consciousness, picture walking in Jesus’s shoes and seeing life through his eyes. Imagine holding unconditional love for all beings, free from judgment or bias, even toward those who hurt you.
Imagine being so devoted to this love that your only desire is to help, heal, and uplift humanity. Now imagine the deepest love you’ve felt, and times it by one hundred. Think of the compassion a loving mother feels for her child. Now expand that compassion to embrace all people, animals, and living things.
Absolutely blissful.
This visualization might give you a glimpse of the feeling, but the true embodiment of Christ consciousness vibration is so profound that it’s impossible to fully grasp without living it.
Christ consciousness is the purest connection to Source. It’s heavenly, radiant, and benevolent. It’s the essence of unconditional love expressed in its highest form.
Qualities of Christ consciousness include:
- Pure light energy, healing frequencies, and benevolence
- Unconditional love for all things
- Deep compassion for all things
- Absolute authenticity and alignment with the soul
- The highest levels of faith, trust, and surrender
- Divine awareness
So, this might paint a picture.
Every energy has a vibration. The more connected it is to Source, or god, the higher the vibration. The more disconnected from god, the lower the vibration, and the more the energy resonates at frequencies like shame, resentment, and bitterness.
So, the Christ consciousness vibration is one of the highest vibrations that occurs when a being has cultivated a divine connection with god.
Understanding Different Expressions of Consciousness
Rather than seeing consciousness as a purely personal phenomenon, it’s more accurate to view it as a shared field with many distinct states we can access.
Consciousness comes in countless ‘flavors’, or expressions that we recognize as energies. Some of these energies are radiant and light, others are dense and dark. Some carry humor, mischief, or even a devious edge, as you might notice in certain people or spirits.
At any given moment, you are either embodying a particular expression of consciousness or tapping into one. But these energies aren’t owned by the individual. They’re universal energies we can connect with, like tuning a radio to different stations.
Some days life feels like heaven on Earth, other days its hell. This isn’t just because of your situation or circumstances, but because you’re resonating at certain frequencies and connecting to parallel energies.
The human condition is unpredictable, and we’re constantly shifting in and out of different energetic states. While our body and brain influence our emotions, perceptions, and beliefs, consciousness itself operates on another level.
Through my own explorations into the spiritual realms via practices like shamanism and astral projection, I’ve encountered a wide range of energetic qualities.
I’ve also crossed paths with dark spirits. These spirits radiated dense, chaotic energy that instils a sense of dread, and is anything but inviting.
On the other end of the spectrum, I’ve met guardian spirits, wise teachers, luminous orbs, enlightened beings, and angelic presences. A few of these encounters carried the unmistakable essence of Christ consciousness: radiant, compassionate, and filled with an all-encompassing love that simply makes you melt in their presence.
Over time, I’ve come to understand these experiences as different flavors of energy. Just as one can tap into the raw, transformative power of kundalini, one can also attune to the high-vibrational field of Christ consciousness.
The Christ consciousness vibration is always here, and is experienced (or attuned to) when a divine connection with god is reached.
So, the mission is to calibrate with this energy by deepening spiritual practice, purifying oneself, and constantly cultivating a deeper connection with God.
Can We Experience Christ Consciousness?
Human beings can tap into many different expressions of consciousness through spiritual disciplines, shifts in perception, sacred ceremonies, plant medicines, and deep inner work. The path is never one-size-fits-all because there are many roads to many energies.
To experience something close to the vibration of Christ consciousness, committing yourself to the path of the heart is essential. This is a journey of devotion, service, compassion, and love that mirrors the example Jesus gave the world.
While very few have fully embodied the Christ consciousness vibration, glimpses are possible, and even these can transform your life in profound ways.
The point isn’t to expect instant mastery. Rather, it’s to set your sights on this highest expression of love and slowly cultivate it within yourself.
Every act of kindness, every moment of compassion, every step away from fear is a step closer to aligning with the Christ consciousness vibration.
At its core, this energy is felt through the heart when the inner darkness has been healed and released. Religion aside, Jesus remains the clearest teacher of this state because his life was the embodiment of service to God, love for all, and forgiveness without limits.
From my perspective, there are three essential pillars for walking this path:
Be at Service
Being closely connected to the source means that you are not only at service to god, but to all life. You serve due to love, due to devotion, not out of obligation.
That feeling of service is incredibly profound because it’s like an ego-death. You exist to serve and have no desire for self-gain. Your love is so strong, that you only feel fulfilled by serving. It’s humble, and it’s the most pure expression of devotion there is.
This means being in service to humanity by aligning your purpose, values, and mission with the betterment of humanity. You live for others, the same way your life may revolve around seeing your kids grow up full and happy, or perhaps when you’re deeply in love, and just that person to be happy.
And the funny thing is that that complete selflessness, that complete devotion and surrender to that devotion is what actually makes you feel the happiest.
How being at service manifests in your life depends on how you can serve. Some people are in service by creating things that benefit society, helping people with their healing, or educating. Some people become spiritual leaders and healers. Some people fight for positive change and bring light into dark places.
When you genuinely want to be at service to god more than anything else, you one step closer to tuning into the Christ consciousness vibration.
Always Live By the Heart
Because Christ consciousness is the highest expression of love, the heart must lead the way. Love, gratitude, and compassion all flow through the heart chakra, the Christ chakra, as it’s the energetic center most aligned with this vibration.
Opening your heart means dismantling walls of fear, bitterness, and judgment so that love can flow freely. It’s not a one-time switch but a lifelong practice.
The more you can extend that love to all living things, to see just the wounds and hurt behind any wrongdoing, to see all people as your brothers and sisters who you deeply love and want the best for, even in the face of adversity, then you’re another step closer to tuning into Christ consciousness.
Practice Compassion for All Beings
True compassion sees past actions and into the wounded places within. Jesus forgave those who crucified him because he understood they acted out of ignorance, not their true essence. He didn’t look at the behaviors or actions, he saw the misguided souls and genuinely wanted to save them.
To step closer to Christ consciousness, you must release anger, resentment, and the need to punish. Every being is on their own journey of awakening. This state doesn’t just love the lovable, because that’s easy to do.
It holds compassion for the lost, the hurting, and even those who cause harm. That’s the real test of how integral you are.
Christ consciousness is purity of love. It’s light that reaches even the deepest shadows, not to erase them, but to heal. While you may not fully get there in this lifetime, stepping deeper into the example that Jesus gave is a very honorable pursuit that will fruit in the most beautiful ways.
